Experience

I am a  life coach with a passion for helping others achieve their goals and live their best lives. With a background in the arts, hospice & medical and over half a decade of experience in the recovery field, I have the knowledge and skills to help my clients overcome challenges, set and achieve goals, and create sustainable positive change in their lives. I use a combination of coaching techniques and tools, such as goal-setting, visualization, and mindfulness, to help my clients gain clarity, increase self-awareness, and take action towards creating the life they want. In my coaching sessions, I create a safe and supportive space where my clients can openly express themselves, explore their thoughts and feelings, and discover their own inner wisdom and strength.

I am a certified yoga instructor with over 5 years of experience. I have a deep passion for the practice of yoga and for helping others find inner peace and balance through movement, breath, and meditation. In my classes, I focus on creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where beginning and intermediate students can feel comfortable and supported in their practice. I incorporate a variety of techniques and styles in my teaching, including Dance, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga. I believe that yoga has the power to transform lives, and I am dedicated to helping my students tap into their own inner wisdom and strength. When I'm not teaching, you can find me on my mat, in nature, or curled up with a good comic book. Namaste.

Daly is a life coach who specializes in working with clients. When starting work with a new client, Daly follows a simple process to help them get the most out of their coaching experience. First, Daly meets with the client to discuss their goals and what they hope to achieve through coaching. This initial meeting helps Daly understand the client's unique needs and challenges, and allows him to create a personalized coaching plan. Next, Daly works with the client to set specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals. This helps the client clearly define what they want to achieve and gives them a roadmap for success. Throughout the coaching process, Daly provides regular support and guidance to help the client stay on track and make progress towards their goals. He may use a variety of coaching techniques, such as goal setting, visualization, and accountability, to help the client overcome any obstacles and reach their desired outcomes. In addition to one-on-one coaching sessions, Daly may also provide the client with homework assignments, readings, or other resources to help them continue learning and growing outside of their coaching sessions. Overall, Daly's simple process for working with new clients is designed to help them achieve their goals and create a better, more fulfilling life.

I know what it's like to start over from scratch. I know what it's like to lose loved ones through tragedy. Since the pandemic of 2020 hundreds of thousands of folks surveyed have (naturally) listed increases insymptoms of depression and anxiety. "Goblin Mode" was even voted the term of the year for 2022! As distraction increases and attention decreases, maintain healthy behaviors and relationships can feel insurmountable or sessiphian. What does healthy behavior look like to you? Is it creating sustainable changes over time or drastic cuts like a late New Years resolution? What do healthy relaionships look like to you? Are you feeling consumed by fear and resentment or are you aware that it's happening at all? This is where a "fear inventory" comes in. We're prone to survive and fear can be a helpful warning mechanism or an infectious thief taking up room in your head. Walking together, we can slowly drill down into our habits (samsara) and adhere to the Buddhist phrase: "Life is difficult, suffering is optional."

Those with means. Those without means. Those suffering from addictive behavior. Overthinkers and empaths.

How is your personal journaling going ? Journaling doesn't have to be you with an ink pen and an old weathered book by candlelight writing profound inner learnings. It can be a few words in your notes on your phone, an app, in a small paper book, or on post it notes. Check out this guide to get started with journaling: https://www.ehow.com/how_2088881_keep-gratitude-journal.html What are your triggers? We all have triggers or 'buttons that can be pressed'. Usually because our caregivers from our families put them there during our development. Try this "trigger quiz" from the NYTimes to see what may set you off. Come back to me and tell me what it said! The link is here: https://www.nytimes.com/2022/12/17/style/trigger-quiz.html Finally, check out the SENSA mental health app. You can check out a quiz and info on that, here: https://healthinsider.news/sensa-app-review-anxiety-challenge-en/
