A text with a clear photo, and the type of massage you would like to schedule will make scheduling a lot smoother. Unless the “I am available” icon is on, I schedule ahead. It is uncommon for me to be available on short notice. This allows for a solid guarantee for holding your appointment. 2+ days is a good amount of time. A week out pretty much guarantees a spot.
