Massaging combines my passion for movement and physicality with my nurturing nature and lets me help people by doing something I truly love. I enjoy practising yoga, going to the gym, hiking, dancing like there’s no tomorrow, working in the garden and generally being in nature. Using different techniques of deep tissue, holistic, sports, Indian head massage, vocal (laryngeal) massage and trigger points therapy, I create tailored treatments that feel well-rounded, nurturing, gentle, yet firm and localised where need be, with a caring touch to release not just the body, but also the mind. Afterwards, I will suggest subtle lifestyle tweaks, stretches and strengthening exercises to prolong the effects of the treatment, but mostly to make you feel relieved, restored and rejuvenated.
