My Approach

Couple's Coaching

As a professionally trained and experienced coach, I have the tools and understanding to help you to create the life you imagine and get a renewed sense of self. Whether you and your partner(s) are in a rough patch, an explorative state, or having challenges that many queer unions experience, I am confident that we can partner together, and develop a plan that feels in-tune with what’s best for the union.

Relationship Coaching

So, you’re ready to get back out there, or you’re having issues moving on, or simply ready to do the “dating thing” differently, I’m your person. Together, we work through trauma’s, triggers, and tough moments that have led you to this moment in time. Ultimately, my goal is to help you find the confidence to find a love/union that makes you feel worthy, excited, and inspired to be your most authentic self.

"I see you provide Intimacy Coaching, what are the boundaries?"

...It's no mystery that sex therapy and other modalities really seek to understand the why and how to work through challenges around sex. I'll also say that I do not have sex or engage in sexual acts with clients. However, because of my wealth of knowledge, experience, and comfort with the queer community, I am able to provide a safe space to have conversations around a multitude of lifestyles. I am happy to partner with other providers who may offer services as we gauge your progress, providing notes to your comfort, all the while ensuring you're making the progress you desire. I've partnered with individuals, couples, and unions in various settings, all the while helping them achieve comfort in a safe way for all parties.

Intimacy Coaching

Often, there is shame in working to identify ways to resolve intimacy and connectedness issues. One of the most beautiful parts of working with a clinically trained Marriage & Family Counselor/Therapist, is our exposure to human sexuality, and family systems. We’re able to track patterns, and work to take steps towards resolving challenges around sex, sexuality, touch, kinks, identity, and a multitude of taboo topics. Whatever you’re thinking, feeling, or experiencing, I’m able to sit in that space with you, ask questions, challenge your thinking, and create a haven for you to work through and use these moments as your strength.

Visit my website here for more information, and as always, please contact me if you're interested in working together.

Therapy shows up in many forms for many people. It is great when there is a clinical need and can work wonders for individuals and unions. Coaching, from my perspective, is the step after (or before), depending upon your need. It tends to be more focused, goal-oriented, hands-on, and open. While I am clinically trained as a therapist, I enjoy the freedom of coaching because it allows me to dig deeper, hold my clients accountable in a more direct way, and provide support to the community in a non-traditional way.
