I worked for over two decades in the music industry including record labels, management firms and finally my own company Outsource Music. In addition to working with major labels and top talent, I also developed powerful relationships across all spectrums of the business: executives, artists and broadcast professionals. Over time, these long term relationships became trusted business and close personal confidants as well. I found myself curious and interested in the everyday struggles, obstacles and goals of many of these individuals. I was often called to consult with them on various subjects and matters. Over time I realized this was the beginning of a coaching relationship and I knew I found my calling. Through corporate training jobs at tech companies I was selected to coach executives and then went on to get my certification at the well respected Coaches Training Institute. I later got my second accreditation through the International Coaches Federation, Los Angeles Chapter.

I customize each package to the individual depending on what their needs are and the time frame they want to engage in the coaching relationship. This could be anywhere from 3 months to a 1 year long program.
Together, you and I create a customized program that helps you discover and clarify your values and goals. Weāll build a step-by-step plan with effective, achievable actions that lead you to success, as you define it.
I started my career as a record promoter and marketing professional in the music industry.
While working for big music labels and artists like John Mayer, Train, the Foo Fighters and David Gray, I quickly found myself collaborating with high-level and highly successful music executives. Ā I developed deep connections and trusting relationships with them, mainly because I asked great questions and had a passion for human interaction, bridge-building dialogue and empowering others.Ā Ā Over time, my client list expanded to include Walmart, Wells Fargo, Western Digital and International Paper. My work included conducting a corporate training series for team building, creative problem solving, time management and conflict resolution for middle- and C-suite leadership.
What is my purpose for considering working with a professional coach at this time? How committed am I to engaging in the coaching relationship. Coaching is an investment, not just the financlal part but the actual work of making behavioral changes and taking action.
