I offer private one-on-one yoga lessons, as well as group classes, in person and online. I primarily teach a Hatha-based practice that combines physical postures with conscious breath work and an inward focus. I'm also trained in Yin Yoga, as well as meditation and mindfulness. I aim to change the perception of yoga as simply a form of exercise, and help my students to experience the full power of yoga as way of reconnecting to the self.
I'm the founder of Sit Down & Breathe, a queer-centered alternative community based in Los Angeles, CA. Sit Down & Breathe provides dynamic spaces for queer people and their allies to connect and explore various wellness offerings and creative pursuits.
I received my 200-hour yoga teacher training certification in traditional Hatha yoga 2017, at The Practice in Bali, Indonesia. I also completed a 50-hour Yin Yoga teacher training in 2019 in Boston at the Summers School of Yoga.

We can either do a standard lesson or a customized lesson that’s tailored to your specific needs. After you book your appointment, I'll send a quick intake form to gather more info on your experience level and goals and then create a plan.
