In addition to one-on-one training, I provide each of my clients with nutritional guidance, motivational and time management skills, tips and suggestions to get the most benefit from each workout, as well as inspiration before, during and after each session. Everything we do is tailored to each individual’s specific fitness goals, needs and desires.

In my youth, my brother was a lifeguard and taught me my sports niche: diving. I learned to dive like a champ and kept me on the road to personal training. My healthy foundation has served me well for over five decades. I've owned personal training studios in Palms Springs and Sacramento.

Each of my fifty-five minute personal fitness training sessions is specifically designed to meet your individual goals. Weāll use free weights, weight stack machines, cables and a wide variety of other fitness equipment to create the very best programājust for you! THE G-Force Workout is my fun, forty-five minute, fast-paced strength and endurance exercise class at World Gym Palm Springs thatās guaranteed to make you sweat! GFW is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. Just starting out? Drop the weights, slow the pace and use your body weight for resistance. Looking to get really ripped? Go at it double time. Want to build muscle and endurance? Up your weights for a super-charged session! G-FORCE: PART 1 We start with three quick laps around the track to rev up our thermostats. Then we dive into the first of three rounds of resistance and cardio exercises. We begin with our resistance movements, each targeting a different muscle group or combination of groups. We blast out each exercise for thirty seconds, moving quickly from one to another until weāve completed a whole body workout. Then we finish the round with a cardio exercise to turn up the heat even higher! After two more rounds weāll head back to the track for two laps, followed by a sixty-second break to grab a drink and prepare for the next part of our workout. Even though weāre on break, Iāll encourage you to keep moving to ensure that your heart, mind and spirit are all ready for our next set of interval training!
