My favorite bodywork combo starts with the Swedish style tissue wam up, followed by lots of deep tissue workflow of medium to firm pressure with connecting strokes of classic massage and some elements of shiatsu and myofascial therapy if needed.
While keeping you conscious and aware, I will deliver deep yet detailed massage. The focus of the therapy is to balance your mind and body state. Whilst falling in and out of the deep relaxation you will reach the parasympathetic state of healing.
All massage sessions are in a fully draped setting.
I have gained massage therapy skills during my studies in San Francisco and Los Angeles Schools of Massage and Bodywork. I developed my practical experience under the supervision of experienced licensed spa service providers, supported by medical environment physical therapists and other certified practitioners. I am CAMTC certified. . .
