But what does that mean?
Embodiment practices include modalities that address our mental, emotional, and physical well-being. We don’t just want to look good; we want to feel good too. To do this, I design a program that focuses on the exploration between your physical body and your energy. Through this embodied approach to wellness, we can carve out a unique pathway to connection, wholeness, and health in each of these areas.
How is this achieved?
Some of the modalities I use are pranayama breathwork, calisthenics, yogasthenics, dance, strength/functional training, nature excursions, plant medicine, and sensual embodiment practice.
Based on your needs and your goals, we collaborate and create a program that is unique, approachable, and designed to make you feel as good as you look.
I offer individual pay-as-you sessions as well as packages.

5 Session Package: $475
