But what does that mean?
Embodiment practices include modalities that address all aspects of our being. Everything having to do with our body is intrinsically woven together. Your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual bodies all affect each other. Some areas require unique attention, and that’s where I come in. Whether it’s re-orienting your nervous system for reduced anxiety, working on your optimal physical fitness, releasing stored energy blockages in your body, achieving higher states of consciousness, or developing your spiritual intuition, I design a pathway to help you achieve your desired goals. This is my embodied approach to wellness. We don’t just want to look good; we want to feel good too.
How is this achieved?
Some of the modalities I use are pranayama breathwork, calisthenics, yogasthenics, nude yoga, dance, strength/functional training, nature excursions, plant medicine, and sensual embodiment practice.

I am an LGBTQ+ Wellness Guide and Queer community builder. A varied lived experience has provided me with extensive knowledge of both the physical body and the spiritual body. I am a former professional dancer, a certified personal trainer, a pranayama breathwork instructor, an entheogen practitioner, a yogi, and a lover of life, people, and plants. This diverse background allows me to customize a wellness program uniquely tailored to each individual I work with.
